The organiser's website states that the Fringe will return in September 2027, with no exact days yet. Applications for its Theatre Under the Wire programme were open when the page was read.
Vancouver Fringe describes itself as part of the Fringe movement in Canada, which reached Vancouver in 1985. Its 2026 edition ran over Labour Day weekend, so the 2027 days are likely to differ and should be confirmed with the organiser.
