The Quebec Winter Carnival takes place from 5 to 14 February 2027 in Quebec City. The carnival describes itself as a celebration of winter and Nordic culture.
Its programme includes the VIP Ice canoe race, presented by the Government of Quebec, in which teams race across icy water and frozen surfaces. The site also promotes the Ice Palace of Bonhomme, the carnival's mascot.
